tools to make running your business easier
launch funnels, webinars, email marketing, project management, and more!

Confused by all the tech and software choices? Here’s a list of the tools that we and our clients use and love. Some of these are affiliate links!
Side note: Don’t worry too much about getting the perfect software. Just choose one, learn it, and use it. If it doesn’t work for you, switch later, but don’t let indecision be the reason for delay in your growth and sales.
Everyday Essentials
ConvertKit – ConvertKit makes email marketing so simple. Advanced features and user-friendly. And their customer service ROCKS. I’ve tried others… they don’t compare. Click here for a 14-day free trial (no credit card required).
Convertbox – Show personalized offers and opt-in forms to the right visitors at the right time. I’m only beginning to scratch the surface on what this tool can do! Get a lifetime license when you join now – no more monthly payments.
Canva – My favorite tool for creating any graphics, whether for my website or social media. The Pro version saves me time and money and is worth every penny. It stores all of my logos, brand colors and fonts (so I never have to look up hex codes) and lets me resize images with a single click. Use it for lead magnets, webinar slides, and more! Click here to sign up for a free (or Pro) account.
Tailwind – This is what I use to schedule and automatically publish posts to Pinterest at the best times for maximum engagement. You can also use it for publishing on Instagram. Click here to get started for free.
Planoly – This is what I use to schedule and automatically publish my Instagram posts and stories. Click here to get 50% off your first month.
Asana – Like making lists and checking them off as much as me? Then Asana is for you! Manage your tasks, launches, and more. I use the free version and love it. Click here to get your free account.
Airtable – A modern spreadsheet platform with database capabilities. Create your own apps and workflows. It gives you the ability to sort and manage large amounts of information in a visually pleasing, easy-to-use format. Click here to create your free account.
LastPass – Save your passwords and they’re instantly available on all your devices. It’s essential for me and a must-have when working with VAs because they never see your passwords and you can disable their access if you are no longer working together. Click here to create a free account.
Clients + Coaching
The Contract Shop – If you work with clients or need contracts for any part of your business, these contracts will save you time, money, and potential legal headaches! Click here to check out their contracts.
Calendly – Schedule calls without the back and forth “what time’s good for you?” emails. Sync it to your calendar and let clients book around your existing schedule. Create a free account here.
Website
Divi – This is the WordPress theme that I use to build all of my websites. No need to spend thousands on web design and no coding required. I’ve used other builders and I keep coming back to Divi. Check it out here. And check out some of the Divi templates inside our launch template shop here.
Siteground – Web hosting that’s fast and reliable. After 11 years on another host, I reluctantly switched because I needed something faster. With Siteground, I was able to migrate my sites easily (and free!) with their website migration tool. My site is now faster and more secure. Click here to look at Siteground for your hosting needs.
Namecheap – Whenever it’s late at night and a brilliant business idea strikes, Namecheap is where I go to purchase the domain name. You know, just in case. 😉 Find your next million-dollar business domain name here.
Launch + Scale
Thrivecart – Create high converting checkout pages, upsells, sales funnels & more. I currently use Thrivecart for checkout pages, as well as my online learning platform with their new ThriveCart Learn feature. Click here to get a lifetime license (no recurring payments).
Teachable – Monetize your knowledge with unlimited online courses! Teachable will host them for you. Instant payouts, and the Pro plan allows you to create an affiliate program to help you sell your courses. Get started with a free account.
Kartra – Stop piecing together several pieces of software to run your business! Kartra is an all-in-one solution for hosting your course or membership that has several advanced features like email marketing, a built-in expiring funnel, and more. Get your free 14-day trial here.
WebinarJam – Now that Zoom Webinar changed its pricing structure and it’s no longer as affordable, we recommend WebinarJam. There are other options out there, but besides Zoom Webinar (which changed its pricing structure recently), WebinarJam is the only one we’ve used. We’ll update with other options once we’ve tried them.
Deadline Funnel – If you want to set up true scarcity in your evergreen launches and convert more leads to sales, Deadline Funnel is essential. Sign up for your free trial now.
Marketing Templates

Join this Instagram template subscription and save time and money while giving your Instagram account a huge engagement boost.
Creative Market – This is my go-to site when I’m looking for new fonts or graphic elements to use in Canva or on my website. Look for their bundles and save! Click here to shop.
Video + Audio
AT2020 USB Microphone Pack – I went to school for audio engineering so I know a thing or two about microphones. This is a great, affordable microphone for your podcasting, webinars, livestreams, online course lessons, or other video sound. Comes with adjustable audio boom and headphones. I’ve been using this one for years. Check it out here.
Logitech C922 Webcam – I didn’t realize how bad my previous built-in computer webcam was until I got this Logitech. Big difference. The built-in mic is also good for things like Zoom calls. Check out the webcam here.
Ring Light – Light up your face for video so you look your best! This one that I use comes with 3 different color temperatures and adjustable brightness. Includes tripod and camera or phone holder and remote. If you’re recording in low light or don’t have natural light in your room, this will make a huge difference. Check out the one I use here.
