10 years ago, I was living on a sailboat, working remotely on the launch teams of a few online entrepreneurs and for several years, I had a front-row seat to some big-name digital launches – the kind you’ve probably seen online. (You can peek at a few of those names over on my testimonials page.)

But when it came time to launch my own digital product so I could make more money without being tied to full-time client work, I found myself in a frustrating place.

I decided to kick my launch off with a 5-day challenge where every morning at 9am, I’d send a video lesson along with an action plan.

The strategy was solid. I’d seen it work again and again for my clients.

But I underestimated how much time it would take to actually create everything…

SO I DECIDED TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT.

I found myself recording videos the night before, editing them at 6am, and literally watching the upload bar crawl toward 100% while hoping it would finish before the email went out at 9.

I pulled it off. The launch brought in sales. People loved the challenge.

But I didn’t feel accomplished. I felt exhausted.

And I realized something:

Even with years of experience behind the scenes of million-dollar launches… I still fell into the trap of trying to do too much, too fast, without a clear system for myself.
