How does Launch Coaching via a Voxer VIP Day work?
Voxer is a walkie-talkie app that allows us to exchange voice and text messages. During our Day of Voxer, we’ll be in touch off and on via Voxer to dive deep into whatever is keeping you stuck.
Here’s what You Can expect:
Choose a date for your Day of Voxer
You don’t need to free your calendar for this. You have a business to run and a life to live. All you need to do is carve out some time within your daily activities to listen and reply to voice messages – as well as the mental space to think, process, and take notes.
We get you set up on voxer (it's free!)
If you don’t have a Voxer account, you’ll create one. You’ll add me as a contact, then send me a message in advance to tell me what you’d like to discuss together on our call day. This way, we can dive right in when your day starts.
On your scheduled day, you'll have access to me from 11am EST - 7pm EST
Don’t worry – this isn’t an 8-hour chat, and you’re not expected to sit by your phone waiting for replies. We’ll be exchanging messages throughout the day at a casual, relaxed pace.
You’ll be able to ask me questions via voice or chat, bounce around ideas and get honest feedback, uncover mindset blocks, get some accountability… the possibilities are endless!
The best thing about a Day of Voxer is that we have space in between messages to take action, think about ideas, and ask follow-up questions. That’s what makes Day of Voxer so effective!
There are elements of a live call, but without the time constraint or pressure to be “on” the whole time! (or wear makeup)

What is Voxer?
Voxer is a free messaging app that allows you to exchange voice, text, or video messages – kind of like a walkie talkie! You can download the app on your phone or use the desktop version.
Is Voxer hard to learn?
If you’ve ever sent a text message, you can totally use Voxer!
To send a message, all you have to do is hold a button and talk into your phone, just like a walkie talkie.
You can also send text messages, images, or video.
Who's a good fit for Voxer launch coaching?
I work with course creators, coaches, and service providers who run their business online.
We can talk about launching, online business, sales, pricing, and more.
This is a great option for busy business owners since we can chat throughout the day as possible.
It’s also great format for introverts since it gives us space and a chance to collect our thoughts before replying.

What kinds of questions are not a good fit?
I can give advice and feedback, but this is not designed to be a replacement for deep dive strategy sessions or VIP Days.
I can advise on tech and sometimes offer thoughts or solutions, but I do not provide tech support.
I can only give basic advice on running ads for your funnels.

How should I prepare for our day?
You’ll need to download the app at least 24 hours prior to our Voxer VIP Day and add me as a contact (@melodydicroce).
On the morning of our VIP Day at 11am EST, I’ll send you a message to get the ball rolling.
It’s helpful if you come to our day ready with a list of questions you’d like to ask or things you’d like feedback on.
If you don’t have any, that’s ok too. In that case, we’ll take a more organic approach.
What if none of the dates work for me?
I offer Voxer VIP Days on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays at this time, and can take up to 2 Voxer VIP clients per day.
If you don’t see a day that works for you, email me using the button to the left to let me know what day you’d like to book and I’ll let you know if I can accommodate you.
I want to book, but not sure what day I need
No problem! Go ahead and purchase a spot if you want to lock in the price (in case it goes up later). You’ll get an email with a link to my calendar, and you can use that to book when you’re ready, but you must book within 60 days of purchase.
You can also reply to that email to let me know you’ll be booking later.
What if I need to reschedule?
You can reschedule up to 24 hours before our Voxer VIP Day. Just use the link in the booking email (or on your calendar entry).
You can reschedule up to two times, however I do ask that you use your appointment within 60 days of the original booking.
Terms of Purchase & Refund Policy
EARNINGS DISCLAIMER: Any advice given during our Voxer VIP Day does not guarantee any specific results. Your results will vary and will be based on your drive, effort, focus, follow-through, and other variables beyond our control.
REFUNDS: We have a firm no-refund policy, but we will offer a credit in the amount of purchase to use towards another product or service. You must let me know up to 24 hours before our booked day.
